HypeMorph Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy describes how HypeMorph at hypemorph.com handles information when you visit the website, sign in or use available services. For privacy questions or requests, contact yandong9713@gmail.com.
Account information and Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile image when provided. We use this information to create and authenticate your HypeMorph account and support account security. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or contacts. Authentication records and session cookies allow you to stay signed in.
Service information
We process account records, service requests and technical logs to operate and secure HypeMorph and troubleshoot problems. If image upload and video generation are available, images and generation instructions you submit are processed to provide the requested output and may be sent to the storage and generation providers used for that feature. Only submit content you have permission to use.
Local creation drafts
When you continue to sign-in from the creator, we temporarily save your prompt, settings and, when browser storage allows, your image on your device to restore your work afterward. Drafts expire after 30 minutes. Restored drafts are cleared, and expired drafts are removed when accessed or during later draft saves. If the browser cannot retain an image, we ask you to select it again. Draft contents are not sent to Google Analytics.
Payments
When paid services are available, Stripe processes checkout and payment details. We store billing identifiers, subscription status, transaction records and credit balances to provide purchases and handle refunds. HypeMorph does not receive or store your full payment card number.
Optional analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you allow optional analytics in the website’s analytics preferences. You can change that choice from the footer. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Our analytics implementation sends recognized page paths and selected service events, excludes URL queries and fragments, and does not intentionally send your email address, images or generation instructions to Google Analytics. Essential authentication cookies are separate from optional analytics.
Providers and disclosure
We use service providers including Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage, Google for sign-in and optional analytics, and Stripe for payments when enabled. Providers may process information in countries outside your own. We share information as needed to deliver the service, protect security, comply with applicable law or address legal requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed to operate your account, fulfill requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your account information; we may need to verify account ownership and retain records required for legal, billing or security purposes. You can also revoke HypeMorph’s Google account access in your Google account settings.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Contact us at the address above if you have questions about a change.
